I've been experimenting with ways to incorporate my love of drawing more into my gallery work. This 30"x44" drawing completely covers my coffee table. It has no specific purpose other than to try to make a giant drawing without planning or pre-sketching... just for fun, trying to be more spontaneous and free with my drawing. Luke Berliner has already started helping me fill this bad-boy up, and I welcome anyone else who wants to help (and knows where I live!) I think on the next one I'll get a paper thick enough to incorporate gouache and liquid graphite without buckling, but for now I'm just using pencil graphite. My eventual goal is to complete one of these a week.

Do you like that ^ lame "Oh! You just caught me in the middle of drawing this thing which is already drawn" photo? I put it in for scale... sure...

I've looked at almost all your stuff, and I have to say, GOD DAMN O_O lol :D. It's a good thing there are people like you to help set the bar for excellence :P It is all too awesome.

I think you should totally organize a collaborative drawing session on an enormous sheet of paper.
